ENGLISH TEACHERS
Students learning English with Spen Languages have the advantage of having two qualified and experienced teachers with differing teaching styles. We also have experienced and qualified cover teachers who work with us during the busy periods.
CHRISSIE
Chrissie is a native, Cert TESOL qualified English teacher. She takes a communicative approach to her teaching with a focus on speaking and pronunciation in the practice and production stages of her lessons. Students are encouraged to develop their grammatical accuracy while progressing in fluency and confidence in their spoken English. Chrissie teaches classes that include relevant and useful vocabulary, collocations and phrasal verbs. In the higher level classes common English expressions are introduced. After each online lesson students will be emailed the materials and links used in the class.
NACHO(NOW TEACHING IN SPAIN)
Nacho was there from the very start of Spen Languages and he co-ran the school for many years with Chrissie. After becoming a new parent he moved back to Galicia in Spain to be closer to family. He now works in a school there. Congratulations Nacho on your new arrival and thanks for your many years of hard work and innovative ideas. You will be sorely missed xxx
